אפליקציית "שבת שלום" (Android ו-iOS) מציגה זמני כניסת ויציאת שבת, זמני נץ החמה, חגים, פרשת השבוע ותזכורות הנחת תפילין. מסמך זה מסביר אילו נתונים האפליקציה משתמשת בהם וכיצד.
1. מיקום (GPS)
האפליקציה מבקשת גישה למיקום שלך רק כאשר אתה לוחץ בעצמך על כפתור "מיקום נוכחי" (🎯) בתיבת החיפוש. המיקום אינו נאסף אוטומטית ואינו נשמר ברקע.
- המיקום משמש למציאת העיר הקרובה אליך מתוך רשימת הערים המובנית באפליקציה.
- אם אין עיר קרובה ברשימה, הקואורדינטות נשלחות לשירותים חיצוניים (Hebcal.com ו-countries.dev) על מנת לזהות את שם העיר ואזור הזמן שלה, ולחשב את זמני השבת המדויקים למיקומך.
- המיקום אינו נשמר על השרתים שלנו — האפליקציה אינה כוללת שרת משלה כלל.
2. נתונים שנשמרים במכשיר שלך בלבד
- העיר האחרונה שבחרת
- האם סימנת שהנחת תפילין היום
- הגדרת שפה (עברית / אנגלית / צרפתית), לפי שפת המכשיר
נתונים אלו נשמרים מקומית על המכשיר בלבד (Local Storage / UserDefaults) ואינם נשלחים לשום שרת.
3. שירותי צד שלישי בהם האפליקציה משתמשת
- Hebcal.com — לקבלת זמני שבת/חג מדויקים ושמות ערים לפי קואורדינטות. ראו את מדיניות הפרטיות של Hebcal.
- countries.dev — לחיפוש שמות ערים בעולם.
- שירות עדכוני תוכן — האפליקציה בודקת מדי פעם אם יש עדכוני תוכן (כגון רשימת ערים או טקסטים) מהשרת שלנו, כדי לאפשר עדכונים בלי צורך בעדכון גרסה מלא בחנות האפליקציות.
שירותים אלו עשויים לקבל את כתובת ה-IP שלך וקואורדינטות מיקום (רק כאשר אתה בוחר להשתמש בכפתור המיקום), כחלק מתפעול רגיל של בקשת רשת. אנחנו לא שולטים במדיניות הפרטיות שלהם ומפנים אתכם למסמכים הרשמיים שלהם.
4. התראות (Push Notifications)
האפליקציה שולחת התראות מקומיות (מתוזמנות על המכשיר שלך בלבד — לא דרך שרת) לפני כניסת שבת ואחרי צאת שבת, בהתאם להגדרה שלך. ההתראות לא נשלחות דרך שרת חיצוני ולא נאספות על ידינו.
5. מה האפליקציה לא עושה
- לא אוספת שם, אימייל, מספר טלפון או כל פרט מזהה אישי
- אין הרשמה או התחברות לחשבון
- אין פרסומות
- אין מעקב (analytics/tracking) אחר התנהגות המשתמש
- אין שיתוף נתונים עם צדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווק

Privacy Policy — Shabbat Shalom

The "Shabbat Shalom" app (Android and iOS) shows candle-lighting and Havdalah times, sunrise, holidays, the weekly Torah portion, and tefillin reminders. This document explains what data the app uses and how.
1. Location (GPS)
The app requests access to your location only when you tap the "current location" button (🎯) in the search bar. Location is never collected automatically and is never tracked in the background.
- Your location is used to find the nearest city from the app's built-in city list.
- If no nearby city is found, the coordinates are sent to external services (Hebcal.com and countries.dev) to identify the city name and time zone, and to calculate accurate Shabbat times for your location.
- Your location is not stored on our servers — the app doesn't operate any server of its own.
2. Data stored only on your device
- The last city you selected
- Whether you marked that you put on tefillin today
- Your language setting (Hebrew / English / French), based on your device's language
This data is stored locally on your device only (Local Storage / UserDefaults) and is never sent to any server.
3. Third-party services the app uses
- Hebcal.com — for accurate Shabbat/holiday times and city names based on coordinates. See Hebcal's privacy policy.
- countries.dev — for searching city names worldwide.
- Content update service — the app periodically checks for content updates (such as the city list or text) from our servers, allowing updates without requiring a full app-store version update.
These services may receive your IP address and location coordinates (only when you choose to use the location button) as part of normal network request handling. We don't control their privacy practices and refer you to their official documentation.
4. Push Notifications
The app sends local notifications (scheduled entirely on your device — not through a server) before Shabbat begins and after it ends, according to your settings. Notifications are not sent through an external server and are not collected by us.
5. What the app does not do
- Does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifying information
- No account registration or sign-in
- No advertising
- No analytics or user-behavior tracking
- No sharing of data with third parties for marketing purposes

L'application « Chabbat Chalom » (Android et iOS) affiche les heures d'entrée et de sortie de Chabbat, le lever du soleil, les fêtes, la sidra de la semaine et des rappels pour la pose des téfilines. Ce document explique quelles données l'application utilise et comment.
1. Localisation (GPS)
L'application demande l'accès à votre position uniquement lorsque vous appuyez vous-même sur le bouton « position actuelle » (🎯) dans la barre de recherche. La position n'est jamais collectée automatiquement ni suivie en arrière-plan.
- Votre position sert à trouver la ville la plus proche dans la liste intégrée à l'application.
- Si aucune ville proche n'est trouvée, les coordonnées sont envoyées à des services externes (Hebcal.com et countries.dev) afin d'identifier le nom de la ville et son fuseau horaire, et de calculer les heures précises de Chabbat pour votre position.
- Votre position n'est pas stockée sur nos serveurs — l'application ne dispose d'aucun serveur propre.
2. Données stockées uniquement sur votre appareil
- La dernière ville sélectionnée
- Si vous avez indiqué avoir posé les téfilines aujourd'hui
- Votre langue (hébreu / anglais / français), selon la langue de votre appareil
Ces données sont stockées uniquement en local sur votre appareil (Local Storage / UserDefaults) et ne sont jamais envoyées à un serveur.
3. Services tiers utilisés par l'application
- Hebcal.com — pour obtenir des heures de Chabbat/fêtes précises et les noms de villes à partir des coordonnées. Voir la politique de confidentialité de Hebcal.
- countries.dev — pour la recherche de noms de villes dans le monde.
- Service de mise à jour de contenu — l'application vérifie périodiquement la disponibilité de mises à jour de contenu (comme la liste des villes ou des textes) depuis nos serveurs, permettant des mises à jour sans passer par une nouvelle version complète sur l'App Store.
Ces services peuvent recevoir votre adresse IP et vos coordonnées de localisation (uniquement lorsque vous choisissez d'utiliser le bouton de localisation), dans le cadre du traitement normal des requêtes réseau. Nous ne contrôlons pas leurs pratiques de confidentialité et vous invitons à consulter leur documentation officielle.
4. Notifications
L'application envoie des notifications locales (programmées entièrement sur votre appareil — pas via un serveur) avant l'entrée de Chabbat et après sa sortie, selon vos réglages. Les notifications ne passent pas par un serveur externe et ne sont pas collectées par nous.
5. Ce que l'application ne fait pas
- Ne collecte pas votre nom, e-mail, numéro de téléphone ou toute information personnelle identifiable
- Aucune inscription ni connexion à un compte
- Aucune publicité
- Aucun suivi analytique du comportement de l'utilisateur
- Aucun partage de données avec des tiers à des fins marketing
